How it Works
We are committed to offering our customers the highest quality dry cleaning and laundry services at fair prices. Our goal is to deliver a convenient and easy to use solution while providing excellent customer service.
Step 1: click
- Complete a one-time online registration with Pressed for easy re-entry into the site.
- Create a ticket by scheduling a time for us to pick-up your laundry. Please be home during the selected time, unless you leave your laundry with your doorman or on your doorstep.
- If your clothing requires any special attention, just include a comment in the notes section.
- In order to receive same day pick-up, you must make an appointment before 4:00 p.m. on the day of scheduling.
- Shortly after placing your order you will receive an email from us confirming your newly created ticket.
Step 2: clean
- The first time we pick-up, a Pressed driver will give you a complimentary personalized laundry bag. We use green bags for individually priced dry cleaning and pressed shirts, and the blue bags are for folded laundry which is billed per pound.
- If your clothing requires any special attention, please notify the driver at the time of pickup.
- We will ensure your garments receive the highest quality in dry cleaning and laundry care.
Step 3: deliver
- Once your clothes are cleaned, we will send an email reminding you of the delivery visit.
- We will have your clothes cleaned, pressed and returned to you within two days.
- We will not charge your card until we’ve delivered your clothing. We will email you an itemized receipt and provide you access to your detailed billing history.
