Welcome to pressedgarments.com. Pressedgarments.com, LLC doing business as Pressed Garments ("Pressed") provide website features to you subject to the following conditions. If you visit or conduct business with Pressed, you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

We will never use your personal information for any purpose other than conducting internal Pressed business. Your information will never be shared or sold to anyone outside of our business.

When you visit pressedgarments.com or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. You consent to receive communications from us electronically. We will communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on this site. You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

If you use this site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If you are under 18, you may use Pressedgarments.com only with involvement of a parent or guardian. Pressed reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in their sole discretion.

The List Price displayed for garment cleaning service on our website represents the full retail price, however prices may increase depending on the special treatment required for some garments. We do not charge your credit card until after your garments have been cleaned.

Taking care of your garments is our number one priority. In the rare instance that your garment is deemed to be lost or damaged by Pressed, we will issue you a reimbursement for the fair value of that garment, as specified in the National Fair Claims Guide from the International Fabricare Institute ("IFI"). This guide takes into account the average life of the garment, depreciation for the age of the item, and the current replacement cost. Damaged or missing items must be reported to us within three (3) days of delivery of the item(s) along with photos of, or the actual damaged clothing, as well as cost and age of the garment to support the claim. For any items deemed damaged, Pressed, in its sole discretion, will evaluate all claims on a case-by-case basis and may reimburse you by paying up to ten (10) times the charge for cleaning the item regardless of brand, price or condition of the garment.

If you believe that Pressed has lost one of your garments, we request that you inform us within three (3) days of delivery so we can evaluate the claim while you search your home. If, after 21 (21) days, the item has not been found, we may compensate you for the loss of the item in accordance with the IFI guide, at our sole discretion.

Pressed accepts no liability for damage due to normal cleaning of items without care instructions, and accepts no liability for items treated in accordance with the care labels or other instructions provided. Pressed is not responsible for color bleeding, shrinking, small holes, tears, or other deterioration as a result of normal washing procedures. Pressed does not guarantee the removal of all stains. Pressed will re-clean items that, in its sole discretion, were not properly cleaned and have not been worn since they were cleaned. Pressed is not responsible for loss of or damage to any personal or non-cleanable items left in the clothing or Pressed bags such as cuff links, money, jewelry, or any other item.

By visiting pressedgarments.com, you agree that the laws of the state of Illinois, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Pressed.
